If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, fill in the details below. We have a super simple exchange process in the form of replacement or store credit. 

We must receive the Fizzy G's within 60 days from the date it was shipped to you.

PS - Please mention the size and style you want in exchange for your current pair in the customer note when raising your exchange request. Print and place the confirmation email in the parcel when sending it back with our logistics partners. 

As a company policy we do not provide refund/cancellation on any product sold. Once the Fizzy G's are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note.
